I was told last night by warranty that the bike would be with me before 12 lunchtime today at 12.50 they rang to say it would be up to 90mins at 4.30 they rang and said it would be in the next 60 mins it finally turned up at 6pm !
In all pretty dismal service imo from start to finish
They can claim it back from whoever they like, that's not your problem.
