Top Hat?

Post by Doctor T »

Been reading another forum and some posts mention having their bike Top Hat. But none say what this is or how it works. I have a feeling this is for older carb bikes. What is it?

If you are in the UK Midlands, and want your injected bike remapped  - properly, on a dyno - go to RPM in Northampton, see my thread in tech and performance section.

Ok, understand it now. It's an ECU retune. I've emailed them to see if they can do a RE Himalayan and how much

I emailed them over the weekend about my bike as I had ordered a power commander

The response was pretty blunt and gave his number to ring so I thought sod it I will ring

It is pretty clear he would rather speak to you on the phone he explained the pros and cons of a power commander V's ECU remap and told me point blank he will not work with a power commander!

After the phone call I cancelled my order for a power commander and for less money I am going to get my ECU remapped by hill top
