Brake/clutch levers for the 2014-18

Post by Steve398 »

It may just be me but I can’t seem to find the ‘sweet spot’ for the clutch and brake lever position to the bars, I’ve adjusted it back and forth to no avail.

I had the same problem with the ST1300 Pan until I fitted a (2nd hand) pair of ASV levers, perfect!

I’ve searched the internet to find that Wunderlich, BMW, Pazzo and probably many others offer replacements, but not it seems ASV.

However I found a post that suggests that the 9T uses the same levers as the RTLC? If so then ASV do a set for that model, anyone know?

Or if anyone has personal reviews of any particular product I’d be pleased to hear them.

Thanks

Its not just you!

I have the same problem but only with the clutch

I like my bite point as soon as you move the lever from the bar but even adjusted as close to the bar as possible its still to far out for my liking

There's a little allen key grub screw you can adjust the biting point of the clutch lever as well as the span adjustment knob for finger length. A little turn makes a big differnce to biting point apparently.
