Rear brake rotor part number for 2014 R1200RT (LC)

Need to service my rear brakes and replace the rotor/(disc). I have two part numbers for the rear rotor and not quite sure which is correct.

is it:

BMW rear brake rotor/(disc) part number: 34 21 8 526 568, or is it;
34 11 7 711 428 [Brake Rotor With Rivet]

. . . and, what is the difference?

Entering the part # into RealOEM comes up with this.

This looks like a 320mm dia. front brake rotor/disc for a pre-LC bike and F Series.
