Must be half an hour's labor + another £30 for the bulb.
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

A BMW dealer once quoted me 12.85 GBP for a H7 bulb and the hourly labour rate was 130 GBP.

Thought Halfords fitting service was a rip off

All depends where you live , i had annual service , brake pads renewed (rear) , brake fluid replaced for £220.00 at the workshop in York .
