I installed these road light covers on my '23 RT. $30.00 from Amazon, and they seem like a good way to add some visibility.

Green lights are illegal in the UK (though there is an exception for a green flashy light for Medical Practitioners, however it's years since I've seen one), but nonetheless having something different can be a good thing if it makes you more noticeable, (and you don't get harnessed by the Police for having it).
Personally, I have a pair of Denali lights mounted under the wing mirrors of my RT with Yellow lenses. Not scientific, but I have noticed car drivers do seem to notice me earlier when they're on and when filtering many react by widening the gap, hence my thoughts on something different being good. As for when you press the light flash button and the can-smart does it's Christmas Tree flashy thing, Moses would be proud.
