Did you try polishing them to a mirror finish ?.

They fit Pretty well little bit of jiggling to get them bang on though. Top tip dry fit them first and then put a small mark on the joins then take them off and put the gungum on
They are currently off in the process of being sanded and polished up
I couldn't tell a difference in performance to be honest with you or loss in power. I also had/have a straight through exhaust but I have removed that as its just too loud! Wife complains on longer rides and it makes you twist the throttle a lot
I will be putting them back on when polished up with the stock can then taking the bike for a remap at some point this year anyway

Thanks , I wonder if you could as you say dry fit them, mark all the joints then have those joints welded up so it’s in effect a one piece unit as per the original ?.
I’ve been looking for a cheap end can which actually looks nice just for some fun but there’s very little out there.

Have the full Arrow system on mine with a PowerCommander.It shifts
Forgot to say,it was tuned with the baffles out,baffles are a girls thing
Thanks to all the contributions to this thread. Butterfly valve seized open at some point over the winter (probably due to not getting cycled).
Bike still under warranty but I didn't want a new downpipe/cat/butterfly assembly just to have the same issue occur again later. The dealer couldn't even tell me if the scrap parts would be re-cycled correctly!
So I've wired the butterfly open (didn't want to faf about removing it). I've removed the servo and cables and fitted the healer. It's a bit louder at low revs but I can live with that.

Thank you Glenn for the video. I’ve had problems with a seized valve and had freed it off previously (July 2020) but it soon seized again a month later so I removed the cables and fitted an eliminator. Having viewed the video I had another go, especially at shining up the shaft! and had it fully freed off in ten minutes. The maintenance part starts at 23:47. I bought these (TONITTO 6Pcs Small Wire Brush Double-Ended Brass Brush Stainless Steel Wire Brush for Cleaning Welding Slag and Rust https://amzn.eu/d/a845SQS )
off Amazon to get at the shaft and they worked a treat with a little penetrating fluid
