Many say the low seat is hard and uncomfortable. My 07 has a low seat and i find it fine for a few hours in the saddle at a time
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

No, I would describe the seat options as standard, low and extra low (comfort), all available as heated or not.
