Seems like a reasonable idea, looks just opposite the visitors car park.sakm wrote: ↑Fri Mar 24, 2023 9:33 pmI would just dump my bike in here.

Car park entrance is 20yards back from the no entry sign and is one way system. Could park as a group near kids playground in pic?

Got it, just before the exit of the visitor car park. I'll go with the flow and whichever the attendees feel most comfortable with.

Perhaps a better alternative would be the Viking Way Café Bar with adjacent car park and toilets on Waterside Road.

Re: The Northern Monkeys are back
That looks like a good idea Chris. The bikes will be visible from the cafe and we won't have to walk too far.

Looks like a decent menu as well (for hardnut bikers at least), although a bit light on the vegetarian options. Jacket with cheese and/or beans is always a winner though. Also free car park and toilets and a healthy salty (muddy) spray coming off the Humber What's not to like.

How about the Humber Bridge Garden Centre restaurant, https://www.humberbridgegardencentre.co.uk/restaurant/

Its ok for a more formal lunch , but not a cheap price. Quite noisy as well, as its a big open room.
