I had the same set fitted to all 3 of mine.  They are dead easy to fit and keep your pillion's boots dry and clean.  I had silver ones. They looked good on my silver, blue and black bikes

I'm slightly worried that these might trap more crap inside the bike and lead to more corrosion.  I'd rather have dirty boots than a rusty bike.

Am I just being paranoid?

Its dead easy to keep everything clean behind the cover from either the back or from the underneath.

Strikes me that we might have different ideas of what counts as "dead easy"!

£99 seems a bit expensive, thought they were between £50 and £76 depending on make. Just seen tour other post.  Now understand.

My dealer here in the US, Eurosports in Asheville NC says they cant get them in the US. If I want them Ill have to purchase in Europe and have them shipped. That may be cost prohibitive but I will be checking.

IVe checked with my dealer in Asheville and they cant get the parts. Its on their list but there are no prices and Austin says they cant.

I expect we will have to have them shipped from the UK if we really want them.

If they are on the US EPC they should eventually be available.  These are very new and its normal for there to be no price shown to start with. Even here we are not yet getting deliveries of them. Give it a month or two..

We are not  leaving on the big trip till June so we have time to wait. Hopefully we will see something come our way in the next couple months. Austin is a great guy at the dealership and if they can be had he will get them. Im very fortunate to have them to do business with. The Parts guy in Charlotte is a great guy but I feel I owe some loyalty to the dealership that gave me a great deal on the bike.
