Where in Portugal

Looking for some help/advice.
As part of me trip in August I had booked 4 days in Porto,as my mobility is not as far forward as I had hoped I've cancelled and am now looking for an alternative,less hilly place to stay.Ideally around the Douro region but will do the coast.As I'll be travelling up from the Algarve it needs to be halfwayish as my next stop is just over the boarder NE of Porto.Any suggestions would be appreciated

Very good address with go restaurant and not expansive but the owner speake spannish and some English word
This hotel is in the middle of nature at about 500 m altitude with clean and spacious room and shower
