Replacement bolt enquiry

Post by Tony Fyson »

Please can anyone advise where I can get a replacement bolt. It fits the heat shield on the exhaust silencer.

(Body Screw without Shoulder), part no. 18518529128.

Thanks

Stig Fasteners do this M5 x 10 flange socket button screw, https://a2stainless.co.uk/product/m5-x- ... -7380f-a2/

Similar to the BMW screw but not the price, https://www.motorcyclespareparts.eu/en/ ... 8518529128

Westfield Fastners can supply Torx head with flange machine screws identical to BMW bolts, so you dont need to have allen keys.

The head isn't exactly the same and doesn't have "BMW" on it, as those used on the exhaust silencer heat shield.

If you only need one and would like them all to look the same, I'd just go to the local BMW dealer and pay their price with no delivery charge.
