So yesterday we rode 174 miles from just west of Edinburgh to Inverness. Long but excellent ride and only down side was a sore bum that required 3 stops for bum rubs.
Today we did 67 miles from Inverness to Applecross with a stop for lunch at the Kishorn fish bar for a mega lunch.
The road from Kishorn to Applecross was challenging to say the least. And unfortunately we also came across a donkey in a car who would not give way on a single track road.
Some of the inclines and the turns on Applecross pass were mega challenging. But the views. Absolutely incredible.

That first photo with the Kishorn Dock in the background makes it look tiny, it isn't, it's one of Europe's largest largest dry dock at 160mtr wide. This video will give you an idea of the size:
