It is not local, not quick and not cheap. But it is the most comfortable motorcycle seat made. It is the best thing I added to my RT

Another option is have your seat modded or buy a used seat off eBay and send to someone to make you a seat to your requirements. A few of our group have used Lucky Foot Trimings in Andover, they have had their standard seats recovered and padding added as required. It is exactly the same front and rear seats from 2014 to date, there were no changes to the seats for the TFT bikes

I did this with my K1600GA three years ago before buying the R1250RT, it's over a grand all in and took months on the witing list, but although the seats are good, the way I swap bikes every few years meant it was a massive hit on the price on reselling it after only a couple of years on the bike, I think I got about £400 backRandyjaco wrote: ↑Fri Apr 14, 2023 11:34 pm https://day-long.com/

Thanks, I may get in touch with them to find out more as I'm struggling to find a second hand one, and the new ones, even for the likes of Sargent, are close to a grand for front and rear with heating, which is a fair chunck on the bike priceCasbar wrote: ↑Sat Apr 15, 2023 10:59 am Another option is have your seat modded or buy a used seat off eBay and send to someone to make you a seat to your requirements. Still looking for a replacement seat, front, back or preferably both, and must be heated.
I believe the R1200RT/R1250RT take the same seat??

I’m looking for a Sargent front seat, anything like this seems to be like rocking horse poo for an RT.

Still looking for one if anyone has decided to let one go - it would need to be a standard or high height - a low is no good.
Thanks
James
