They are based in Germany but are owned by Rybrook Ltd in the UK. Rybrook holdings is a Mini/BMW car dealer.
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

As posted elsewhere, given BMW Motorrad part numbers, my local BMW car dealer will order motorcycle parts.
They are only 3 miles away, whereas the nearest Motorrad dealer is 35 miles from home.

I’ve had a few bits and bobs from these folks, no problems at all (top box brake light and rubber bungs for the side fairings to pop into).
