Hi. Just got my first rt. 2010 rt1200 with all the bells and whistles. 25k miles with full BMW dealer history. The right hand heated grip isn’t working but apart from that it’s faultless. Love it

Hi and welcome. Check the wiring hasn't chaffed by it rubbing on the switch cluster or somewhere else. Had that on my last BMW.
