BT Connection

Post by RC1200 »

Hi all. R1200RT LE, 2015.

Attempting to connect my phone via Bluetooth but the bike is asking for a password. Tried the usual 0000 and 1234 but to no avail. Is there anyway to reset the bike to enter my own pw? Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the forum

You don't connect your phone to the bike

The Bluetooth connection is for a bluetooth headset

You would connect your phone to the nav V/VI if you have it

Ahh, many thanks, appreciated. I also have the standard screen on this bike but find it's a 'tad' to low in the the extended upright position. Any advice on a taller screen?
