Transit custom L2H1 carry a r1200rt minus screen

Just wondering if anybody has moved a bmwr1200rt in a transit custom van L2H1 currently In Spain not feeing well, (just needing to know if will height wise with screen removed. Many thanks

I think it's the length you would struggle with more than the height

Yes, it should go in no problem with the screen removed. I have carried mine in a Toyota Hiace which is a smaller van than your Transit.

My bike was delivered in a SWB tranist. The screen had to be removed and the bike had to be positioned in at an angle with the front wheel pushed into the corner
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

Yes, I think Stu & Doc T are correct regarding length for a SWB Transit but as yours is a LWB you would be ok.
As an aside I now have a Transit, L1H1 and I regularly carry my trail bike (CRF300L) and it fits in with no problem and not skewed to a side.
