If there anyway to add bluetooth so i can use the speakers on the bike ?
Or does sound from the Sat-Nav go though them.

Thats right
but you can make them in to nice handy storage space
Also you can't connect bluetooth to it to play music easily

If you really wanted audio, technically we could modify one of our kits to add the speaker pods and amplifier with a bluetooth receiver to send audio in from your phone.
The only issue is that you would have to either control the audio from your phone itself, or use a bluetooth remote kit of some sort.
