First RT Ride

Post by Nightwind15 »

Well, too first real ride on the 2023 RT.
Observations:
Vibration more than my GS.
Wind protection good but may need a little help from a clip on.
Handling exceptionally sporty for such a large bike.
Great in sweeping turns.
Traffic on I-65 in Alabama was running 80+ MPH and the bike did not labor at all.
Seat was ok but not stellar (no surprise there)_.
Mirrors are going to take some serious getting used to but I think will work.
Nice bike but I to not believe it will replace my GS Adventure.
Just opinions, don't hang me.

It's great to expose your opinion, but half of these I expected to be, they're a good manufacturer after all

Welcome to our site. Nice first couple of ride reviews. Surprised you find it vibrates more than a GS. On my 07 RT I hardly notice any vibration unless am in the wrong gear.
