I thought leather was the protection? :mrgreen: My old pair of Fieldsheer gloves I bought in 1990 finally gave up last year and there was nothing fancy in them except for ThinsulateTM. You don't always have to spend like a GS owner.... ;)

Leather is but when the stitching comes apart youve always got skin for a bit at least.
