Hi all, I have a 2024 RT and I've added a Cobra Exhaust. There are a couple issues with the install, but I've 98% got it. The biggest issue is that the stock "Chrome Silencer" has a heat shield that attaches via 1 bolt to the exhaust downpipe and 2 bolts to the exhaust itself. These exhaust connection points don't exist on the Cobra exhaust and I'm hoping to find a way to re-attach the heat shield or some mod/new part that will do the job. I could just use the 1 bolt on the downpipe, but it will definitely move/rattle and probably fall off.
You can see the part I'm referring to in the first image on page 218 of the manual https://www.manua.ls/bmw/r-1250-rt-2023/manual?p=224
(guess you don't host photos, so I'll have to find a way to host images and upload some at some point..)

I know which bolt you are talking about all you need is a tab welding on in the right place so you can attach a "U" Clip to it so you can bolt to that
