Very confused. I checked battery voltage at rest, under load and charging system output. All check out ok. Bike starts and runs fine, but I noticed no headlight coming on and low fuel light is on although tank is full. The two fuses under the seat are good.

Has anything been fitted that may be annoying the CANBUS?

I replaced the two fuses and the 50 amp fuse has continuity but no power shows going through it when bike is running.

Took the bike to the dealer and problem ended up being a bad ground module (the end of the Canbus system). $1,000 later and I’m riding again.
