Just updated to 37,000 on my 2018. My wife recently commented that I’m using the RT far more than my previous ST1300…. working it out (and including 2 Covid years with lockdowns) I’m putting about 7,000 a year on the bike.

Recently replaced fork seals as one was leaking.
Replaced clutch at 95,000 miles.
Front brake pads once, rear brake pads 3x times.
Timing chain tensioner due to oil leak.
Fuel pump under warranty due to recall.
Coils around 70,000 miles.

Other than that pretty much just regular and religious maintenance according to recommenced intervals.
Oil changed at 5000 miles, differential fluid change about every 12,00 miles with driveshaft check and lube splines, gearbox oil changes every 24,000 miles as with spark plugs, brake fluid every 2 years. Lube and check other components on a regular basis. I have a pretty big spreadsheet record of all maintenance and repairs. Tires usually done every 11,000-12,000 miles.
I purchased with 53,000 miles on it so not sure if any problems before that but was told it was well maintained.

Bought my 21 plate in May 23 with 5,000 miles on the clock, it now is just shy of 32,000!!! Costing me a small fortune!!
Does include two European summer trips of over 4,000 miles each! (Two up and camping gear!)
However, I just love the bike 😁 how much it is worth now I dread to ask!!
