Coolant Temp

Post by EasyRider »

I was in the garage yesterday and started Artie for the first time since April.
The air temp was 18.5 degrees, The fan on the bike soon kicked in and there were still 4 unlit bars on the dash.
Does the RT have a digital display for the coolant temp, as i looked and could not find one.

Found it.
There is a setting on the Nav5 that shows it on the info page when the bike is running.

After yesterdays short ride the amber temp was around 18 degrees.
When moving the engine temp stayed around 80 degrees.
In traffic the fan kicks in at 100 degrees and turns off at 95 degrees.
This info is from my Nav5 on my 2019 R1250RT.
