Today the wife had me servicing her xj6f.
It's done 2912 miles since i last did a full service 3 years ago :o
I removed most of the panels and checked the whole bike over.
Fixed the heated grips as the right one stopped working.
I also fitted my old vsysto duel cameras on it as well.
It's now finished and back together, and i've given her the bill (not joking).
I did give her family discount

I had a run out on the F650 Twin to The Cafe at Sleap airfield, but it was closed to the public for a private function for the weekend.

Just got back from another 115 miles ride. It was a nice warm and dry ride, left at 8am and got home just gone 12.30
Had a couple of stops and popped into see my olds.
I'm starting to get the miles onto Artie now and enjoying it more and more just plodding alone at my own pace.
I like to early rides before it gets to warm out.

Well i got out again today, After being very ill the warm air is really helping me.
Did another 145 miles today. A mix of A and B roads with some Motorway as well.
The miles are adding up on Artie, I have now done 1555 miles since i bought it.
I know its not much, but i'm getting it used.
I can't believe how much im using the cruise control, i would say it has to be 70% of the time.
As ive never had a bike with it before, i know i would miss it now.

Today, well this morning, i brushed and washed one of our GSD's, wife did the other one yesterday morning.
I'm now sitting indoors in a nice cool room thinking thank god i'm not going out on the bike today.
This is if you have to go out, take the car weather and put the air con on full.

Out on the bike for an hours coffee run. 27c when we left 30c when we returned 3 hours later, rather warm but really good coffee :-D

Yesterday was taking our air vests up for service, or in my case chop mine in for a replacement one size smaller, one of the joys from losing 9.5kg on an unintended diet… talking of which, how’s the diet going Easy?
