It doesn't matter how many Arais I've had I always think I've broken something when I change the visor.

Yes agree, I have to be quite brutal when changing visors too.

It’s definitely a ‘technique’. I’m very envious watching the guys at the TT racers pitstops changing the Arai visors… it’s a kind of ‘Clack clack’ sound that lasts about 3 seconds, then Hey Presto new visors fitted!

I removed mine to wash it this afternoon, took me about 30 seconds, most of which was trying to release the side pods.
