iPhone 13 Mini

Anyone have issues getting a iPhone 13 Mini to charge in the wireless dock? Light is green for about 5 seconds and then starts flashing yellow. I've tried flipping it around, checking alignment....everything

I’m having this same issue with mi iPhone14. When I picked the bike up we could not get it to work, in or out of the protective case. But the sales guy’s iPhone 15 Max would charge. Going to have them look at it under warranty when I take it for the initial service next week

I’ve determined that the issue is with my phone and not the bike as it will charge my wife’s iPhone with no issue

I have found Apple Support to be great help, even with non-current ot second hand products. Drop them a line and see if they can shed any light on the issue.
