When i fit or remove the panniers, i find the back of the pannier hits the lower part of the seat side panel and scratches it.
Do any others have this problem to ?

No, not that… but the poxy chrome exhaust scratches way too easily. I’d buy an Akrapovic but it’s too noisy for my long-suffering pillion who would then give me severe earache.

Buy it will drown out the sound from the tractor engine powering the bike
As for the scratches, for the moment i'm going to put some vinyl wrap over them untill i repaint the bike.
