Ice Cream Anyone

Post by David. »

Now that the Hessle Foreshore Tidal Defence Scheme is complete, Abbyo's Ice Cream Van is back adjacent to/under the Humber Bridge.

Some time ago, I was made aware of an article in Ride Magazine about ice cream outlets frequented by motorcyclists. When visited previously, Abbyo's van was not there due to the civil work taking place. Re-visited yesterday and have to say it was well worth the 265 miles round trip. The salted caramel ice cream was fantastic.

How about adding to this thread any ice cream outlets you can recommend.

Well thats you off the xmas card list. You can do 265 miles for ice cream, and not make it to the meet on Saturday as it was to far. You are a bad boy David go sit in the corner and be quiet. Kids

Looks like I could be doing this route at the BH weekend. Going for an ice cream "hat trick" at, The Groovey Moo - Malton, https://www.groovy-moo.co.uk/ Abbyo's at Hessle and Suggitt's - Great Ayton, https://www.facebook.com/Suggitts/

If anyone would like to join me for all or some of the route, you would be most welcome.
