fuel tank

I need to remove my fuel tank, I have removed all the plastic panels.
I see there are 2 bolts at the back of the tank by the seat mount.
Are there any others and where are they please.
Also do i need to drain the tank first.

You will need to drain tank and have you removed glove boxes. If remember correctly only two bolts but must remove fuel line and one or two other connections. Having kitchen refitted so no idea where Haynes manual is.

Fuel tank off. Very easy to remove.
Take the 4 bolts out that fits the rider seat hight adjuster and remove.
Unplug the fuel cap connector and pull the 2 breather pipes off from the filler cap.
Hold the back of the tank at the sides and lift and pull backwards about 4 inches.
The fuel pipe has a quick release tab and the 2 cable connectors just need a small screwdriver to remove.
I did drain the tank as i only filled it up yesterday.
