My 2018 R1250RT LE started life as a dealer either demo or end of month pre-registered bike as the first owner was a BMW dealer. If it was a demo bike it makes sense to have the demo bike loaded with all the toys. The list is the same as yours but with a four of additions.

X0143 - Bluetooth Interface
X0268 - Audiosystem ECE
X0395 - Radio
X0992 - Control for Retailer Equipment
I guess the first three are do to the fact my bike has a radio. I've no idea what a X0992 is though.

What my bike doesn't have is the OEM top box so it's likely there are more codes / option still to be found. Then there's the 719 tick list.

The above codes were advised by https://mdecoder.com when I put my VIN number in and as far as I can see it correct. As a matter of interest the website also tell me my bike was produced on the 8th Oct 2018 so it's coming up to it's sixth birthday soon. Anyone got an earlier one?

Does anyone have the code,

"X079I" Opt.719 Milled Parts Package Shadow II

I found this on a US spec 2020 1250RT .

I've looked at the option 719 parts and have got to say i'm not that fussed on them, silly money for what they are.

Could be either as production started on or just after the 1st Sept '18 for the 1250RT. If it's 11th Sept it'll have a pretty low engine number.

This is the German date format according to Oracle https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19455-01/80 ... index.html
German yyyy-mm-dd, so 9th November would be correct

If you used the same mdecoder.com website as me, mine is show as 2018-10-08. As mine can't have an August build date, it's got be Y-M-D, so 9th Nov it is. That being right, as you asked, how come it wasn’t registered until ten months later? Even allowing for yours being a month younger than mine and well into Autumn by then I’d have expected them to sell quickly as there would have been a good demand for the then 'new' model.

First registered on 24th Oct '18 and it was registered to a BMW dealer. 16 days from production in Germany to registration in the UK is pretty fast which is why I think it started life as a demo model for the then just launched 1250RT. The first 'proper' owner didn't aquire it until Aug '19 with 6k on the clock (from the same dealer), which kinds of backs up this theory.
