Hello Everyone.
Popped in to say hello, just found and joined the forum.
Picked up my 2021 1250RT a couple of weeks ago.
A new rider, this is my second bike. I Passed the UK direct access course and tests last September and been riding a XJR1300 for a year.
My riding partner then decided he didn’t want his GSX1400 anymore and wanted a 1250GS, after testing that, the RS and then RT, I was absolutely smitten and fell in love with the RT.
As a new rider, it give so much confidence on turning. Absolutely fantastic bike. Even Easier to ride than the training MT-07 bike.
I think having the big XJR for the year has really helped, as the RT feel easier to move around the garage rather than feeling like a behemoth.
And when riding the RT feels a ton lighter and so much more agile.
Look forward to maybe crossing paths and stories with other on her over the course of time.
Ride safe.
Gary.
