Will do - I'm just waiting on a friend 'up North' to come up with a recommendation.

Thanks Dave, but it will be somewhere around Chesterfield as I'm meeting up with another guy (+ORCA) on Thursday.

Sorry, I don't think I was very clear. The friend I'm waiting for a recommendation on, isn't on the forum.

I mentioned it on here, so that ORCA RT (who I'm also meeting up with), knows what my plans are.

Of course David. When I know where we (Tim, myself & ORCA RT) are staying, I'll let you know.

Sorry I will be in Germany for a week then in Poland for the following week. Booked B&B this time, so no waking up with a bad back from sleeping under the stars.
The first hotel I am staying for 3 nights in Germany is said to be haunted. So that's a bit of added value. :o
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
