Hello

Post by MEM62 »

Just signed up.  I live in the West London / Surrey area and have a 1200RT SE that I picked up new in January 2013.  Been riding since the age of 16 almost 37 years ago.  Have has a wide variety of machines over the years but now down to just the RT.  (Until recently is was accompanied in my garage by a Fazer 1000)  I tour most years and until a couple of years ago, when my girlfriend Kate decided she would join me, my touring bike was a pre-Vtec VFR800.

Welcome MEM62, sounds like you've had a similar biking history to me.

I've been riding for 39 years & my last bike before converting to RT's (now on my 3rd) was a 2004 VFR VTEC.

The RT is certainly more comfortable for Touring, especially Two-up.
