Thanks SweRT for the tip!
I was at "Biltema" Yesterday to look for this, but they only have them in white color.
Where did You find Yours in Sweden?

Hej Österdahl
Jula, but no longer available in their stores.
Hjertmans båttillbehör, Västerås or Örebro seems to have them, Artikelnummer: 5183-2

Bought them from eBay.

Useful way of storing stuff, but can still fit helmet in the panniers.

Steve P,
Just to clarify. Did you secure the lower metal rail of the cargo net to the pannier interior with velcro or similar, as suggested in your photos 1 & 3?  Thanks.

I bought the larger size -http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/291909390241? ... EBIDX%3AIT
One leg needs shortening and bending into a ring. It then fixes with the two screws situated top left and right. No other mods required.

Secured using velcro.  A large(ish) piece on the pannier bottom, with a loop of velcro on the bottom bar, so that I can adjust the depth of the 'pocket'.
