Rocker cover protectors are a must on these bikes. Just noticed your exhaust- mine has a golden colour too- does anyone know how to best polish the front pipes to shift that heat colouration (that word sounds sooo American!)

You cannot polish out the heat colour, just shows you have been using the bike properly.  I clean mine occasionally with Autosol. It makes the blue and gold shine a more.
