Purchase of 2016 BMW 1200 RT

You posted this at the beginning of the month when it happened but have yet to say if you have it back or what you were told when you did.

Hello RT man sorry for the delay in update, I was seeing how things worked out.  The RT was returned to BMW and as far as I understand has not yet been repaired. No longer my bike.  I have been given fantastic service, help and encouragement from the dealer who supplied the bike, Lloyds of Carlisle, and in particular the General Manager Steve Knight, (the returned bike is not with Lloyds as it broke down in Scotland and is now in deepest England-shire.  I will be picking up a RT from him Steve next week and would thoroughly recommend this company .  Here`s hoping that it is 3rd time lucky with BMW for me.  :be happy:

Glad you are sorted.  With any make there is always the possibility of them coming out the crate not right.  With BMW though they inevitably sort things .  At least you seem to have selected the right weather for your new one.
