You win.  I see you read in my OP where I had arranged the bag to completely obscure my instrument panel and tethered the bag to the handlebars as to prevent any sort of successful turn.  Not sure what I was thinking...

It's not a matter of winning or loosing.  You posted details on your bag for comments.
Others have said they have noticed issues with it.  It's your bike and your bag.  If you are happy with it and can see no issues in its use,  great.  Hopefully other owners considering buying it will benefit from your's and others  comments.
