Based on what Churchill are potentially offering, have sent this email to Carole Nash.
"Thank you for your reply. The response from my insurer Ageas is rather disappointing.
Churchill is another insurer who are actively trying to help & support their customers for doing the right thing and “Staying at Home”.

Markus has got his bike insured through Bennetts with Zenith. Whilst they were prepared to offer a reduced mileage refund, an admin fee of around £30 didn't make it a cost effective option.
Whereas, with his car, Hastings have come up trumps again and he got a small refund of around a tenner, without an admin fee.
