This is my toy room. When this photo was taken it was 22ft x 10ft.
But i turned the bottom end into a small spray booth which is 7ft x 10ft.
So the workshop is now just 15ft x 10ft.

Both the Pneumatic/Hydraulic ram and the Scissor Stand came yesterday.
The Scissor Stand is very well made and heavy.
Now got to dig the bench lift out from the corner to fit the new ram.
one thing i forgot to say. Both my ramps had a 800lbs ram fitted from new.
Both the Pneumatic rams i now have are 1000lbs ram.
What i like about the new ram i have just bought.
Is it can be used with both air and foot pedal to raise the lift.
My other bench is air only.
I looking at sinking my ramp in to the floor so will need to replace the ram at some point to be either electric pump or air operated!
What did you replace yours with and where from?

I did that when i had the workshop in the large garage.
I did not keep it like that for long as you lose to much hight from the lift.
You may not think it matters, but it does.

So i now have to new ram fitted and working.
I had to cut part of the mounting point on the bench lift.
This is because of the Pneumatic side of the ram is wider.
Only had to remove about 2cm from the mount.
Everything else lined up and works like it should.
Here are some photos. The first photo is not mine, but it shows you the old ram.
You can also see how much bigger the bed is with the plywood fitted.
Its about 6" wider than the Abba stand when i use it.

When i bought the second bench lift, i knew i wanted to add a air ram.
So i knew i needed an inline foot pedal. So i bought one.
This morning i have gone though every box in the workshop and garage.
And guest what, i can't find it. So i have now had to buy another one.
You know as soon as the new one is here the old new one will turn up.
