Just had a look at my weather app, and its 92% chance of rain at home and 94% chance of rain in Oxford tomorrow.
So it looks like i'm going to get very wet riding over to Oxford and back :(
But look on the bright side, It gives me a break from SWMBO, or is that its gives SWMBO a break from me

I'm Home.

Fuck there are some pricks on the road, but im safely home now.
I left at just gone 5am and got there about 7.10am.
It was dry when i left home, but as soon as i got to Swindow it hammered down
When the rain started i slowed down from 70 to 50/55 mph.
NOG dont open until 8am, but i was let in at 7.30 so i could have a coffee.
My bike was taken into the workshop about 8.10am.
about 80 mins later i was told that they could not code the radio to my bike.
They tried a couple of times i was told. I then said to them "the old VIN was removed first yes".
back to the workshop they go and 30 mins later i was told my bike was ready.
I was told that they were able to code it to my bike. But did not say why they could not at first.
I think the tech guy tried to code it without removing the old VIN first.
It took nearly 2 hours to do a 20 min job, but i think the tech guy will know now how to do it.
Anyway it works, and i was able to listen to radio 2 at 70mph at full volume part the way home.
Just need to fit a DAB+ unit now so it auto tunes to the station.
All in all i am very happy with how North Oxford Motorrad delt with me.
And i'm going to take my bike there for its big service next year.
It cost me just £50 for them to code it to my bike.
What i will say, if anyone is thinking of removing there audio system.
Get them to remove the VIN from the audio ecu as well.

That's a reasonable price from BMW
