The Waterways Museum would have been a great option but, like you I imagine, am assuming we won't make it for 1530.
The street parking may be difficult in Howden, there is a Co-op car park near the Market Place, just a couple of minutes walk away if necessary.
The pub near Goole is a good option if Howden is not suitable.
I agree that it's unlikely we'll make the Waterways Museum for 3:30pm.

Good morning all, it's currently 14 degC, dry with light cloud here in the Historic County of North Riding of Yorkshire.
The forecast is high-teens up to 20 degC with sun/sunny intervals all day at all locations to be visited.
I feel a ride out coming on, looking forward to it.

What David said but in the most picturesque county of Derbyshire. Definitely a biking day.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in Wetherby.
The 'dawn chorus', nice as it is, seemed a bit loud at 0310 this morning!

Managed a sleep in until 04:30, clear blue sky & sunshine now, should have time for a scenic ride to Wetherby via Thirsk.

Another good day for the 'Northern Section', thanks for your company and lively conversation chaps including ever such a little bit of good natured pi$$ taking regarding wobbly top box, killing butterflies and plugged tyres blowing up. Have I missed anything? Participants seem keen to have another event in 2-3weeks. The Yorkshire Dales has been suggested. I can live with that. Might take 2-3weeks to agree on a route though.
Á bientót mes amis. (that's for simbo's benefit and might encourage the photos).
P.S. 17th June works for me.

Sorry, not available that weekend, how about the 24th June.
A new thread would be good.

Wow, that's some mileage Mike, can't fault your commitment for a day's ride out.
Pleased that you both enjoyed yourselves, good to meet up & have your company too.
See you in Tewkesbury if not before.

If we both can't make the same date, I'm sure one will manage without the other.
Otherwise, it's next week 10th June or 1st July.
