What is this ‘dry weather’ of which you speak?? 
Everyone has different views on tyres. Max is get good reviews from the states as a long lasting tyres. That's from K1600 owners. Incidentally, my chosen tyre fitter said he wouldn't have sold me them as they are Shxxx ! !.
