After some digging on internet, i found out few people had issue with that lil switch that comes out of the ignition switch, but in their case, the bike stayed ON all the time because the PIN was stuck on ON position even after removing the key... In my case, the pin and the button had nothing to do with my bike not recognizing the key... I suspect my case was just moisture and bad connection on the plug... I cleaned it up, cleaned the plug on the harness, and the modules pin connectors, hit the antenna ring module with my heat gun, reassembled everything and had no more issue with that. I tried to upload that same video here, but couldn't figure that out... So i posted on Facebook forum showing how the ignition switch, key and ring antenna works.
I really appreciate all the suggestions you guys gave to me.
She is back on the road. ALmost 118k miles on the clock now!
