I’m looking to but a 2022 RT and was thinking of getting a test run on a demo at a local dealer but then buying privately.
Do you think this would be unethical folks ?
Just looking for opinions.

Hi and welcome to the forum
Personally I would buy from a dealer you then have the backing of the dealer for at least 2 years if there is any warranty work that needs to be done

That’s a thought right enough.
Think I’ll look at some dealers to see if it’s worth paying a premium for the after sale safeguards. Cheers.

When I was looking for one I found a better specced bike at a dealers for the same price others were selling for privately and at none BMW dealers
You're going to be spending a lot of money on a bike I would cover your arse and use a dealer

Yip covered my arse and bought my RT 2021 model from a dealer.
I bought it without a test ride as I’d spent months looking at reviews and knew I’d love it. And I do.
