Has anyone had any dealings with this lot ? Bought a pair of Uclear HBC100plus Bluetooth intercom, box had been opened and a used set of helmet mount clips lying in the box as well as set of new ones ,headset only working one one side on my one, emails going back and forward basically getting fobbed off, now I have to send faulty unit to Holland for replacement

No but before you get them replaced, if your bike has the audio unit fitted they won't fully work. You will only be able to connect one headset to the bike. If you don't have it but you have a GPS that will only connect to one helmet.

Quite. But if you have a GPS or your bike has an audio unit you would want to listen to them and that is not possible for both of you with that kit.
