Yes, I was there last Sunday 29th Nov., I'm not sure of any bargins, only got prices on tyres & they didn't work out economically when you add a fitting charge.

I also went Sunday, on the bike, and tested the weather protection, lights and tire performance in very wet conditions, plus christened my new Held riding gear. As usual it was good to take a look at some of the new bikes.

A mate was also looking for a new Helmet but thought show prices were not attractive enough. Maybe some discounting as the week goes by. Best reductions were on obsolete items, eg, I use a Shark Evoline flip and a new one comes out next year so the current model (3) was available for £150  rather than £200 plus.

Rather miffed that the some of the security folks working the car parks were turning bikers away from the entrance to the parking area which you needed to go through to get to the covered bike park, due to ignorance and not even having read the bloody signs they were stood by.

Went on Sunday and picked up a 2016 imminent yellow design neotec for £330. Cheapest I had seen it on line anywhere was £450. Feeling quite pleased with myself!

Helmet city. I was going to buy a borialis 2015 and tried it on but was unsure. That was 330. I went back later to find it had gone in my size, so tried the 2016 model on. They wanted 360, still a good deal but as I was unsure, they crunched the calculator and were kind enough to let me have it for 330. Pretty sure they made very little on the deal.
