Just joined the group having acquired an R1200RT LC and I looked at this post

There are two manuals on the BMW site one Aug-2014 and one Aug-2015, is this just BMW updating the documentation or were there minor changes between the model years I have not recognised?

Thanks in advance, Peter

Using this link to the BMW Motorrad website, http://www.bmw-motorrad.com/com/en/inde ... _main.html
& selecting Rider's Manuals, it shows 4 dates, Oct. 2013, March 2014, Aug. 2014 & Aug. 2015, when in fact the latest one is the 5th Edition.

Progressively the Manuals have got more pages, from 194 (1st edition) to 223 (5th edition).

Looks like for 2015, there were no changes to the Base Model, there was a New Option of Keyless Ride, http://www.bmwmotorcycle.com/2015_bmw_r ... mation.htm

The only change to the bike since its launch has been a couple of colour changes and the availability of keyless ignition, IMO to be avoided. Did you not get a manual with the bike
