The small rear view mirrors

Mine are adjusted so that I see the bar end weights. Like this I need to move my head left or right to see what's behind me. I still have a blind spot though.
I don't understand why in 2016 they haven't invented a mirror that shows it all so you don't have to do the swivel head move every time you want to pass something. My Chevy truck does it all, they just put another mirror under the big one that shows your blind spot. Why not on motorcycles? Yes I know about those tiny round add on spot mirrors, they don't work for me because they are too small.
